Advanced Refresher Course

Advanced Refresher Safeguarding Training

We are delighted to introduce ICPA’s new exclusive Advanced Level Refresher course which is only being offered to those who have previously attended our own ICPA Advanced Course delivered regionally over 2 days onsite, or online over 3 modules.

This interactive, scenario based, certificated training will be delivered live online during two three-hour sessions, over two consecutive days. Please note that this refresher course content is different from the original advanced course. We build upon knowledge gained during the course and draw upon  experience gained since attending.

What the training will cover:

Understanding and learning more about current key international safeguarding issues. Refreshing your knowledge alongside colleagues from different international schools through scenario-based learning. Changes to roles and responsibilities for your safeguarding staff, managing peer on peer abuse and sexual harassment. The challenges of dealing with affluent neglect. Managing low level concerns about adults in school.
